theBugGuys.ca does not operate an IPM (Integrated Pest Management) program. Instead choosing to develope their own CPR (Communicate, Protect, Respond) approach. Our CPR program employs the same practices as older IPM programs. However, it targets specific needs of clients. The requirement to feel informed, the need for protection from future intrusions, and the response of a caring professional who understands the clients concerns.
